Tuition is due the first of every month.
A late fee of $25 will be added to those checks not received
by the 5th of every month.
Rehearsal/Dance
Company times are not included in the weekly per hour charges.
Families
with two or more children will receive a $20 discount
per additional child.
There is an annual registration fee of
$35 per family.

Policies
Students are expected to be on time for class.
Students should
be consistent in class attendance.
Parents must pick up children
immediately after class. The studio is not responsible for children
left alone after class.
No gum, food, or drinks allowed in the
studios.
The studio is not responsible for any injuries sustained
while on the premise.
Any physical, emotional, or learning disability must be reported
to the teachers.
Any student with a discipline problem or bad attitude may be
dismissed from the school and tuition forfeited.
FOM observes the
same holiday schedule at the Oconee County School System.
We
do not allow make-up classes in the event of an illness.
Tuition
is non-refundable should you withdraw in the middle of the month.
If you withdrawal from a class after the costumes have already
been ordered, you are responsible for the costume payment.
If withdrawal becomes necessary a Written Notice must be received in the office 30 days prior to the date of the withdrawal. Lack of a written notice causes your account to remain open, with you responsible for payment regardless of your child's attendance. Non attendance is not considered withdrawal from class. Failure to pay fees will result in the collections office being notified and possible legal action.

Males: White or black t-shirt, black leggings
Modern/Lyrical:Solid
color leotard or unitard or jazz pants, hair pulled up, bare
feet, ankles must
be seen
Jazz:Solid
color leotard or tank, black or tan tights or jazz pants, hair
pulled up, split sole slip-on tan jazz shoes (no laces)
Tap:Same as jazz, split sole, flat, black tap shoes
Acro: Solid color leotard or biketard, no shoes
Ballroom:Comfortable, moveable clothes
Women: Small heel hard sole shoe or ballroom dance shoe
Men: Solid hard sole shoe (no rubber soles) or ballroom shoe
